Membership - our "best share"
Shir Hadash operates on huge amounts of love, dedication and commitment and yet dollars are needed to keep our organization working. We think about our member contributions to Shir Hadash as bringing our “best share." We are all encouraged to contribute our best. You reflect privately on your financial situation and as you make the exciting decision to join as a member then you will choose what the "best share" amount means for you as we welcome you into our community.
For the sake of reference and transparency we share that a household sustaining contribution is $3,625*. Please know that finances are never an impediment to be a part of Shir Hadash: all members are a welcome and valued part of our community regardless of financial capability. *The sustaining level is the average family contribution needed to support our programs and services based on our operating budget and historical experience.
