Facility Rental

Our beautiful campus has two buildings, many rooms, and lovely outdoor spaces which make an excellent location for a variety of events of different types and sizes.

Facilities Fees Include:

• 2 hours of set-up prior to the event and 4 hours for event
• 1 hour of clean-up post event
• Rectangle, Round and Bistro tables (see equipment list for details)
• Chairs (see equipment list for details)

Congregation Shir Hadash Events & Marketing Manager provides:

• Preliminary meetings with renter and vendors
• Book facilities staff to cover event and communicates set-up needs to facilities staff
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and is point of contact for all details of rental

Congregation Shir Hadash facilities staff provide:

• Table and chair set-up and breakdown and monitors garbage cans and empty as needed
• Ensure bathrooms are stocked and clean throughout event
• Assist with any facilities needs including adjusting lighting, heat, A/C, etc.

Additional hours for evening celebrations - $300 per hour  

Pets and other animals

In accordance with California law, service dogs are permitted. Non-service animals are not permitted inside Shir Hadash buildings. For all other animal issues please consult the synagogue office in advance.  

Facility Modification Guidelines

Planning something that affects the integrity or design of our  facility? If needed, the Shir Hadash Events & Marketing Manager will need to consult with the Aesthetics Committee first.
