Shalom! RSVP today and join us during this High Holy Day season. Our uplifting music-filled service experience is led by our davening team and musicians.

  • 9:50am-10am, Youth and Tot drop-off at the Preschool Doors for the Youth Program and Tot Program
  • 10am, Yom Kippur Service begins / Tot Program begins / Youth Program begins
  • Approx 1:30pm, Adult Discussion Program: "Partnership or Death: A Tale on Finding Purpose" 

    In his Rosh Hashanah sermon, Rabbi Nico described the importance of establishing and maintaining strong connections with others. Otherwise, we put our lives at risk. Join us as we explore the topic of Partnership or Death: On Becoming the Help We All Need as we experience the life-affirming value of chevrutah relationships. (Oneg Room)

  • 3:30pm, Mincha & Avodah Service (Sanctuary)Mindfulness Service (Chapel)
  • 4pm, Family Mincha & Family Yizkor Service (School Building Lobby)
  • 4pm, תוכניות בעברית - Yom Kippur Bike Ride (Preschool Parking Lot (small back lot))
  • 5pm, תוכניות בעברית - Multiple Programs
  • 5pm, Drop-Off for Babysitting and Pasta Dinner for Tots and Youth age 12 and younger (Preschool Doors)
  • 5pm, Yizkor Service begins (Sanctuary) 
  • 5pm, Teen Discussion begins (School Building Lobby) Teen Discussion is for high school students in 9th-12th grades and will be led by Rabbi Michael and the topic is: "God IMO: Exploring Jewish perceptions of God"
  • 6pm, Nilah Concluding Service for age 13 and older (Sanctuary)
  • After Nilah (approx 7:15pm), Communal Break-the-Fast (Oneg Room and Patio)

For your comfort, we offer both indoor (Sanctuary) and outdoor (Patio) seating at all of our high holy day services.

Our engaging High Holy Day programs for Youth and Tots provide meaningful experiences and connections. 

How are Tickets (Name Badges) handled?

  • Shir Hadash Members - RSVP on the form below - we will prepare your Name Badge (ticket) which you will pick up in person at Will Call (check-in table) before services.  
  • Guests and community members - RSVP on the form below and we will create your Name Badge (ticket) available for you to pick up at Will Call (check-in table) before services.

The High Holy Days are a time of special connection. They summon us to seek for what is deeply rooted in our lives and to elevate ourselves. Shir Hadash is both grounding and uplifting and so we hope you choose to give generously to our appeal. Together we are planting the seeds of a strong and vibrant Jewish Community. 

Join Our “Plant the Seeds” 5785 appeal and share with us your personal wish for a sweet year ahead. An apple tree art installation celebrating all of our participants will be in the Lobby and will be decorated with paper apples featuring participant names and wishes. Please give generously to Shir Hadash and share your wish below, to have your wish and participation included on our apple tree!

We invite every Plant the Seeds participant to share with us - what is your personal wish for the new year ahead? We will gather and celebrate our communal wishes and hopes with a special apple tree art installation featuring Plant the Seeds participant names and wishes as part of our communal apple tree.
