The Zoom link for Concluding Service and Havdalah and the Shofar Blowing are the same. You do not need to register for both and there is no need to log out and back in again.

Simply stay on after Concluding and we will go straight into Havdalah and the Shofar Blowing. 

The concluding service on Yom Kippur is called Neilah, the closing of the gates, reminding us that there are opportunities that disappear when the holiday is concluded.
