Being in Israel and knowing Israel are not the same thing. Truly getting to know Israel requires a deep, multifaceted, and immersive experience. And so, here we go!

From June 25 to July 5, 2025, we are embarking on a congregational journey—Our People: Stories, Time & Taste, a Deep Dive into Israel— where we will explore Israel through its food, wine, breathtaking landscapes, and powerful stories.

Whether you’ve been before or are planning your first trip, this experience will take you beyond the surface. We’ll engage with a diverse range of voices—ultra-Orthodox, settlers, Israeli Arabs, activists, cultural influencers, and both Mizrahi (Eastern) and Ashkenazi communities—and experience Israel through the flavors, cultures, and narratives that shape its past and future.
