Position Summary: The COO will serve along with the Board President and the CEO as the public face of the OFJCC. This senior level position will serve as a prime leader in helping to implement strategies and vision created in conjunction with the Board and CEO. The COO will have responsibility for ensuring the OFJCC is maximizing its approach to earned revenue, business development and service delivery in a manner that will enhance its brand, help with financial viability and mission fulfillment of the OFJCC. This will be done in partnership with all members of the Senior Management Team.

Senior Management Analyst - Santa Clara County Assessor's Office

The Assessor’s Office is working on options to replace an aging and obsolete Assessment Information Management System (AIMS). Incumbents in the position will perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Assessor’s Office replacement information technology system. Incumbents will also analyze business operations and investigate end users’ preferences while making build decisions; enhancing overall utilization of the Assessor’s systems and advising management on the impacts of the change.

A qualified candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience that includes interpreting rules and regulations, gathering data and formulating recommendations, and report writing, that can be substituted on a year-for-year basis; and four years of experience equivalent to the Analyst series classifications in Santa Clara County. A Master's degree can substitute for one year of the required experience.
